JayTechs ("we", "us") provides JT Flow POS. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

• Account & business data: restaurant name, contact details, staff accounts, and configuration.
• Operational data: orders, products, sales, attendance and accounting records you enter to run your business.
• Technical data: device, log and usage information needed to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use it

To provide and maintain the service, process subscriptions, offer support, ensure security, and improve features. We do not sell your data.

4. Storage & sync

Data is stored securely in the cloud. In offline mode, data is held on your device and synced to the cloud when connectivity returns.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform (e.g. hosting), and where required by law. Your business's operational data belongs to you.

6. Retention & your rights

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
