The terms for using JayTechs products.
1. About these terms
These terms govern use of JT Flow POS, KW Locker, JGrow and related services provided by JayTechs, Pakpattan, Punjab, Pakistan. By creating an account or using the software you agree to them.
2. Subscriptions and billing
JT Flow POS and JGrow are offered on monthly or annual subscriptions per branch. Fees are billed in advance, quoted in USD with local-currency equivalents confirmed by our sales team, and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Promotional pricing applies only for the stated period. KW Locker is priced per shop and per enrolled device as agreed in writing at onboarding.
3. Free trials
Trial accounts provide full access for the stated period at no cost and without a card. We may modify or end trials at any time. A KW Locker demo is read-only and does not control any real device.
4. Acceptable use
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for the accounts you give your staff.
- You may not resell, reverse-engineer, copy or misuse the software, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- You are responsible for tax compliance and for the lawful operation of your business.
- JT Flow POS and JGrow may be used only for legitimate business operations; records you print or issue to customers must reflect real transactions.
- You are welcome to browse and explore this website freely. Scraping it with automated tools, probing it for vulnerabilities or attempting to disrupt it is prohibited.
5. KW Locker — additional terms for shops
- Consent first. You may enroll a phone only after the buyer has signed an installment agreement that clearly states the phone can be placed in restricted mode if a payment is overdue, and that it will be released in full when the final installment is paid.
- Use only for the financed phone. KW Locker must be used only on devices you have sold on installments to that buyer, and only for the duration of that agreement.
- Genuine, compliant devices only. KW Locker may be installed only on genuine Android devices carrying their original, manufacturer-issued, Google-compliant IMEI, duly registered with the relevant telecom authority. Installing or operating the software on any device whose IMEI has been tampered with, altered, cloned or re-flashed, or on counterfeit or non-certified hardware, is a material violation of these terms: we may refuse enrollment, cancel service and terminate access for such devices, and full legal responsibility for the use of such a device rests with you.
- Release on settlement. When the agreement is settled you must release the device promptly. Keeping a fully paid phone enrolled is a breach of these terms.
- No misuse of information. Device status and tamper signals are provided for enforcing the agreement. They must not be used to harass the buyer or shared with third parties.
- Emergency access. You must not attempt to modify KW Locker to block emergency calling or to wipe a device.
- Enforcement limits. KW Locker restricts the use of a phone; it is not a guarantee of repayment, and recovery of money owed remains your responsibility under your own agreement with the buyer.
- Offline codes and dev unlocks are issued to you; you are responsible for how your staff use them.
6. Data and availability
We take reasonable measures to keep the services available and your data secure. The services are provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Offline mode stores data on your device and syncs when connectivity returns. KW Locker depends on the phone's operating system, manufacturer firmware and network; we do not warrant that enforcement cannot be defeated on every device in every circumstance, and we continually update the software against new bypasses.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JayTechs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or unrecovered installments arising from use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, misuse KW Locker against a buyer, or fail to pay. On termination of a KW Locker account you remain obliged to release any enrolled phones whose agreements are settled.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Punjab.
