1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of JT Flow POS and related services provided by JayTechs ("we", "us"), based in Pakpattan, Punjab, Pakistan. By creating an account or using the software you agree to these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & billing

JT Flow POS is offered on monthly or annual subscription plans per branch. Fees are billed in advance and are quoted in USD with local-currency equivalents confirmed by our sales team. Promotional pricing applies only for the stated period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Free trial

Trial accounts provide full access for the stated trial period at no cost. We may modify or end trials at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered and for your staff accounts.
You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the software or attempt to disrupt the service.
You are responsible for tax compliance and the lawful operation of your business.

5. Data & availability

We take reasonable measures to keep the service available and your data secure. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Offline mode stores data on your device and syncs when connectivity returns.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JayTechs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or for non-payment.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
